After releasing successful LPs in the past, we're happy to announce a new MANMADE-Recordings series by the name of "FEATURE FUNK". The first release features some more proper floor-filling funky break beats by well- known beat-mixing- talents like FUNKANOMICS, BASEMENTFREAKS, QUASAMODO and MANMADE. The FEATURE FUNK SERIES begins with a typical MANMADE styled tune called "SUPERSONIC". Coming with fast Hammond chords in the beginning, followed by a rolling bass line and punched with a short feature form Benin's (West Africa) upcoming Rap star Penny this track kicks ass! With "LETS DANCE" explodes another funk bomb from QUASAMODO. This talented producer from Greece gives another masterpiece-definition of the phrase Funky- Breakbeat. Hi did an unbelievable mix with this on-of-a- kind Nightrider- feeling. BASEMENT FREAKS is another Greek rooted producer, who fires one more funk missile with his track "HOT BEASTIE". After having released plenty of successful tracks on different international labels, we're happy he found his way on this record. Get your party started with this one! FUNKANOMICS hit things hard again with their recognisable style, and we're happy to present them on this record. Their track is a wild and fast mixture of Kravitz - rock - elements combined with classic old-school raps. Their track "KRAVITZBUSTER" makes mincemeat out of clubs!
